Nurturing the Earliest Stages of Learning

Classroom Information
The infant classroom is designed for newborns through 12 months of age. Infants change dramatically in their first year of life and our classroom is divided into sections for non-mobile, mobile (once they are crawling/walking) and sleep area. The infant class is a calm environment where teachers spend their day meeting each individual baby’s sleeping and eating needs.
When a newborn enrolls, parents provide a schedule of baby’s daily activities for the teachers to follow. As baby grows, they will work on important milestones such as tummy time, sitting, crawling, transitioning to solid foods, and setting into a more consistent nap schedule.
We wholeheartedly support breastfeeding babies and encourage mothers to bring in labeled bags of breastmilk for us to give baby each day! Our center provides a space for mothers to come breastfeed their babies if they wish however babies MUST be able to take a bottle before starting at our center. If mothers choose not to provide breastmilk, our teachers will gladly prepare infant formula for each feeding. Our center will only serve infant formula or breastmilk until 12 months of age.
