Morgan Perry, Center Director

Morgan Perry brings a rare blend of professional expertise, compassionate leadership, and dedication to early childhood education to her role as Center Director at Avimor Academy.

With a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Services and diverse experience supporting children and families across educational, therapeutic, and residential settings, Morgan is deeply committed to creating a nurturing environment where both children and educators can flourish.

Prior to joining Avimor Academy, Morgan served as the Lead of an Infant Program where she led teaching teams, maintained regulatory excellence, and fostered strong relationships with families. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and supporting educators in delivering exceptional care and learning experiences.

Families consistently describe Morgan as attentive, thoughtful, and deeply invested in every child’s well-being. She believes strong relationships between families and educators create the foundation for meaningful early learning.

Rachel founded Avimor Academy with a vision of creating a school where children are nurtured, families are supported, and educators are empowered to do their most meaningful work.

With extensive experience in early childhood education leadership and program development, Rachel is passionate about building high-quality learning environments that combine strong educational practices with genuine care for families.

Her goal is to create a center that reflects the values of the Avimor community — a place where children grow confidently, educators feel supported, and families feel truly connected to their child’s learning journey.
